Required products :

  • 85 grams of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 milliliters of fresh milk with 1% fat
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 125 grams of high-quality flour
  • 100 grams of hazelnuts
  • cocoa to taste
  • vanilla to taste
  • 2 grams of baking powder
For the glaze:
  • 100 grams of milk chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Method of preparation :

Remove the butter, milk, and eggs from the refrigerator 15-20 minutes before you start making the cake. Grease the bottom of a suitable baking dish with oil.

Cut the nuts and divide them into two equal parts. Pour one of them on the bottom of the dish, leveling the layer.

Beat the eggs and sugar with a wire whisk until the fluffy foam is obtained, adding a little sea salt.

Then pour the milk over the beaten eggs, butter, add the vanilla, and stir. It's time for the cocoa, then add the sifted flour with the baking powder.
Make a homogeneous mixture, half of which pour (in a thin stream) on the hazelnuts in the pre-prepared container. Spread the remaining nuts evenly on the dough and cover with the other half of the mixture.

Bake the cake in a preheated oven, it takes about 10-15 minutes. When the finished dessert has cooled, turn it into a suitable flat dish and pour the glaze you made from the melted milk chocolate with 1 tablespoon of butter.

Garnish with nuts and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
