Required products :
200 grams of butter at room temperature
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon yogurt
3 1/2 teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped nuts of your choice (walnuts, hazelnuts ...)
2 tablespoons sugar (white or brown)
2 tablespoons cinnamon
Method of preparation :
Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Grease the bottom of a suitable pan with oil or butter.
Using a mixer or food processor, beat the butter together with the eggs and brown sugar until creamy, to which you add the yoghurt.
Mix the flour with the salt, soda and add the dry combination of parts to the butter-egg cream. Stir.
Scoop out the finished dough with a dessert spoon and distribute the sweets in the pan, leaving some space between them. Use half of the dough. Add the ground nuts to the other half and proceed in the same way.
Mix the cinnamon with 2 tablespoons of sugar and sprinkle the sweets, in which the dough has no nuts.
Bake until golden in a preheated oven (about 8-10 minutes). Remove to cool on a wire rack. Store in a tightly closed container.
