Required products :
40 grams of ground corn kernels
200 milliliters of water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 - 4 olives
1 piece of yellow cheese
pinch of paprika
Method of preparation :
Cut the onion and stew it in olive oil until golden and until it acquires the characteristic aroma (do not fry). Stir in the ground beans and water, add the salt, bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Then add the stewed onion (if desired, use a little oil), mix everything, close the jar with a lid and leave for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika and serve with olives and a piece of yellow cheese.
