How To Cook Quick Egg Nests With Prosciutto And Parmesan - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 12 fine slices of prosciutto
  • 12 eggs
  • 70 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1-2 stalks of chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation:

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and fold the prosciutto slices in half. Put them in a greased muffin tin. Make sure the bottom and walls are well covered. Bake for 5 minutes, remove and cool. Beat the eggs, sprinkle with parmesan and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.

 

Allow the nests to cool and remove them from the tins. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped onion and serve.
