Required products :
200 grams butter
1 teaspoon sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon flour (top)
2 teaspoons baking powder
200 grams fruit of your choice (apples, bananas, peaches or pears)
1 teaspoon vanilla
nuts of your choice and taste
Method of preparation :
Peel and clean the selected fruit, cut them into cubes, sprinkle with vanilla and baking powder.
Beat the butter with the sugar and eggs. Add the flour and fruits, also crushed nuts of your choice, to the mixture and mix everything thoroughly. Spread the dough evenly in a pre-greased and floured form (or cover the bottom with parchment).
Bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
When the dessert has cooled, cut into pieces, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
