How To Cook Quick Spicy Eggplant In Chili Sauce With Garlic And Lemon - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Quick spicy aubergines in chili sauce with garlic and lemon". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 medium-sized aubergines
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoons sweet-spicy (sweet chili) sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • a few sprigs of coriander or parsley
  • left

Method of preparation :

Peel the aubergines and cut them lengthwise without peeling. Sprinkle with salt and leave for 20 minutes to remove the bitterness.

Rinse them with water and fry until golden in 1 tablespoon of oil.

Mix the remaining fat with the lemon juice and chili sauce. Place on the hob and wait for the liquid to boil. Then add the chopped garlic and put the aubergines in this aromatic combination.

Let them simmer in it for 2-3 minutes and take them out on a plate. Drizzle with the sauce, sprinkle with chopped green spices and serve.
