Necessary products

For the dough:

300 grams of flour
150 grams of sugar
150 grams of butter

For the caramel:
2 cans of condensed milk (about 800 grams)
2 tablespoons of honey
200 grams of butter

For the chocolate glaze:

1 tablespoon butter
400 grams of milk chocolate

Method of preparation :

In a suitable bowl, mix the butter with the flour and sugar, then spread in a greased form, forming the "edges" of the dough near the walls of the pan.
Bake the base for 25 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Make the caramel cream by combining condensed milk with honey and butter. Place the pan on the hob and bring the mixture to the boil. Cook over low heat for about 10-15 minutes. The cream should thicken and acquire an appetizing light brown hue.

When the caramel is ready, apply it while it is still warm on the already baked base and then put the dessert in the fridge.

While it cools, prepare the glaze. To do this, simply melt the chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring constantly.

Pour the cake with the delicious coating and wait for it to harden. Once this is done, you can cut and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
