How To Cook Rabbit Fricassee With Mushrooms, White Wine And Onions - Recipe

Required products :

  • 250-280 grams of mushrooms
  • about a kilo of rabbit meat
  • black pepper, salt
  • onion head
  • 65 milliliters of oil
  • 2 bay leaves
  • about 270 milliliters of high-fat cooking cream
  • 60 milliliters of dry white wine


Method of preparation :

Wash the rabbit, cut it into portions and season with salt and pepper. Fry the pieces until golden in the oil.

Peel an onion and cut it into quarters, and the mushrooms - into tiles.

In a separate bowl, lightly sauté the onions, add the mushrooms and fry until done.

Then transfer the already reddened pieces of rabbit in the pan with onions and mushrooms, pour the wine and stew the products until the liquid evaporates. Then add the sour cream, bay leaves and cook for another 10 minutes on medium heat.
