Wash and cut the rabbit into portions. Add salt and pepper to olive oil, stir.
Arrange the meat in a suitable dish and grease it with the flavored fat. Leave for an hour.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Cut all the vegetables into small pieces, put them in a suitable dish and arrange the marinated rabbit on them. Place in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
Then transfer everything to a deep pan or another container, pour the wine, add chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste, stir and stew the dish for 30 minutes.
If necessary, add a little water when stewing the products.
