Learn how to cook "Raphael - coconut candies with cognac and almonds". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 400 grams of condensed milk
  • 200 grams of butter at room temperature
  • cognac or vanilla sugar to taste
  • 200 grams of coconut shavings
  • 1 cup almonds

Method of preparation :

Mash the butter with a fork and add the condensed milk and 100 grams of coconut shavings. Beat until a homogeneous cream is obtained, which is stored in the refrigerator overnight.

The next day it will have thickened and tightened. Make candies from it by scooping with a teaspoon and knocking the mixture out with a knife. Form small balls, inside of which you put the almonds.

Roll in the remaining coconut shavings (100 grams) and arrange in a plate, tray or beautiful box.

Place in the refrigerator. Raphael candies are served cold because they begin to melt at room temperature.

Enjoy!
