Necessary products:

3 eggs

4 tsp flour

40 g of melted butter

3/4 tsp sugar

100 ml raspberry jam

1/4 tsp orange juice

1/2 tsp Sol

1/2 tsp vegetable oil

1 tsp vanillin

3 tsp baking powder

walnuts and raisins - to taste

cinnamon - to taste and optional

Method of preparation:

Pour the flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl. In another bowl, mix the orange juice, vanilla, oil and eggs. From the two mixtures knead the dough, cover and leave for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Then cut into 4 pieces and roll each into a rectangle. Grease the rectangles with butter and apply the jam, sprinkle with raisins and ground walnuts, roll. Cut each of them into 10-12 pieces and carefully arrange in a greased pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 190 degrees.
