How To Cook Raw Pumpkin And Grapefruit Smoothie With Cinnamon And Honey - Recipe

Required products :

  • 800 grams of fresh raw pumpkin
  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • 3 teaspoons honey
  • a pinch of ground cinnamon

 

Method of preparation :

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. About 750 grams of the product will remain. Cut into random pieces.

Peel a grapefruit, cut it into slices and clean each of them with white skins. Put the meat in a blender and beat until the juice separates. Then add the pumpkin and beat until smooth.

Sweeten with honey, turn on the appliance for a few more seconds, then distribute the thick drink in glasses.

Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and you can serve the smoothie.

Like all natural fruit drinks, this one is best consumed immediately after preparation. If you decide to leave it for later, store it in the refrigerator to preserve the taste and useful properties of the products.
