How To Cook Raw Tartlets With Figs, Pistachios And Blueberries - Recipe

Required products :

for the base:

  • 8 dried figs, soaked
  • 4 dates, soaked
  • 1 cup pistachios
  • 1/4 tea cup grated coconut
  • pinch of Himalayan salt

for the filling:

  • 1 teaspoon raw porridge
  • 1/4 tea cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon blueberries
  • 3 drops of lavender essential oil (for food)
  • pinch of vanilla powder

Method of preparation :

Put all the main ingredients in a food processor and blend them until well combined. You should get a slightly sticky texture. Press the mixture on the bottom and walls of silicone muffin tins and store in the freezer.

Grind the filling products in a blender until a smooth cream is obtained. Taste and, if necessary, add more maple syrup or flavorings.

Transfer the cream to a bowl with a lid and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Remove the frozen base from the freezer and remove the baskets from the tins.

Fill the tins with cream and decorate as desired. Store in the freezer or refrigerator.
