Required products :

1 sheet of puff pastry
800 grams of red fish fillet
1/2 lemon
30 grams of flour
3-4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 egg
200 milliliters of cooking cream
1/2 bunch dill
black pepper
salt

 

Method of preparation :

Sprinkle the fillet with the juice of half a lemon.

Sprinkle a pan with a little flour on the bottom and roll out the dough, which should be twice the size of the fish.

Sprinkle half of the layer with breadcrumbs.

Separate the yolk from the egg white.


Season the fillet with salt and ground black pepper, put it on the breadcrumbs. Brush the ends of the dough with egg white and close the fish with the free puff pastry, pinch the edges.

Beat the yolk with 1 teaspoon of cream and spread on the surface.

 

Bake the dish in the oven for 25-30 minutes, 200 degrees.

Meanwhile, make the sauce.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of flour and let it fry. Then pour 300 milliliters of water, the remaining cream and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Season to taste, you can add a little lemon juice if you choose. Finally, add the finely chopped dill, stir.

 

Cut the finished fish and serve with sauce.
