Required products :

  • 180 grams of red lentils
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 450 milliliters of water
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat (180 degrees) while you prepare the lentils.

Grate carrots, saturate onions and fry them. Add the lentils, pour in the water and let it boil. Then add salt, close with a lid, reduce the heat and let the mixture cook for 20 minutes (the liquid should be completely absorbed by the beans).

When you remove the lentils from the heat, cool it a bit and beat the eggs in it, add the yellow cheese (planed) and the chopped parsley. Mix everything well and transfer to a pre-greased pan.

Sprinkle the mixture with sesame seeds and bake for 25-30 minutes.

The casserole is served as a hot side dish or main course.
