Method of preparation :
Add rice, egg and spices to taste to the minced meat. Make 8 meatballs.
Boil the rhubarb leaves in boiling water and wrap each meatball in 1 leaf.
Lightly fry the sarma in a little oil, then arrange them in a pan.
Finely chop the garlic, add it to the ketchup, add salt and chopped parsley.
Cover the sarma with the sauce, pour over the water and bake for 45 minutes in the oven.
