How To Cook Rhubarb Leaves With Minced Meat And Rice In The Oven - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Rhubarb leaf sarmi with minced meat and baked rice". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 350 grams of minced meat
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 6 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • parsley and spices to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 500 milliliters of water
  • 8 leaves of rhubarb

 

Method of preparation :

Add rice, egg and spices to taste to the minced meat. Make 8 meatballs.

Boil the rhubarb leaves in boiling water and wrap each meatball in 1 leaf.

Lightly fry the sarma in a little oil, then arrange them in a pan.

Finely chop the garlic, add it to the ketchup, add salt and chopped parsley.

Cover the sarma with the sauce, pour over the water and bake for 45 minutes in the oven.
