Required products :
2 teaspoons "bouquets" of broccoli
1 head chopped old onion or a few feathers green
2 cloves mashed garlic
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons boiled and chopped chicken or fried minced chicken
1 teaspoon rice
1 tomato or 1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tea cups broth or water
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon grated cheese
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
Heat the butter in a pan and put the garlic, onion, broccoli and chicken in it. Then pour the rice, grated tomato (or tomato paste), season with salt and ground black pepper to taste, stir and let all the products cook for 2 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix the cream with the broth.
Transfer the fried products to a suitable form, pour the broth, put half of the grated yellow cheese and stir. Cover the pan with foil and place it in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Then remove the foil, spread the remaining yellow cheese on the surface of the dish and bake until golden brown.
