How To Cook Rice-chocolate Dessert With Cottage Cheese, Honey And Raisins - Recipe

Required products :

  • 100-150 grams of rice
  • 100 grams of nonfat cottage cheese
  • 100 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 10 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of raisins
  • 50 grams of white chocolate
  • 30 grams of honey
  • 1 vanilla

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the rice into boiling water for 15 minutes (until ready).

Heat the milk, dissolve the honey and butter in it. Then add the rice, cottage cheese and vanilla.

 

Beat everything with a blender, you should get a homogeneous slurry.

 

Finally, pour the raisins and mix well.

 

Grate the chocolate using a fine grater.
