Required products :

  • 100 grams of cooked rice
  • 6 tablespoons canned corn kernels
  • head old onion
  • 4-5 pickles
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • pinch of salt, pinch of sugar
  • black pepper or chili pepper to taste
  • 3 sprigs of fresh parsley

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the rice, drain the water. Mix it with the corn in a bowl.

 

Cut the cucumbers into circles or cubes, add to the dish with the other products.
