Method of preparation:
Put the rice in a bowl and add the yellow cheese, cheese, breadcrumbs, egg and mix until smooth.
In another bowl, place and beat an egg, and in a plate pour the breadcrumbs. With its help and with a spoon form balls. Dip them in the eggs, then in the breadcrumbs and repeat twice.
Arrange in trays and freeze for half an hour. Heat the oil and fry the rice meatballs.
Drain on kitchen paper and serve warm. If desired, you can garnish with milk sauce.
