Learn how to cook "Rice porridge with sauce of canned peaches, almonds and chocolate". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
3 tablespoons sugar
80 grams of dark chocolate
250 milliliters of high-fat liquid cream (35% fat)
400 grams of round grain rice
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
250 grams of peach compote
1,250 liters of fresh milk
80 grams of almonds
Method of preparation :
Wash the rice grains and put them in a saucepan. Drizzle with milk, sweeten with sugar and bring to a boil. Boil for 30 minutes, stirring constantly over low heat, then close the pan with a lid and let the porridge stand for 10 minutes.
Make the sauce by beating the peaches in a blender until they become a puree.
Grate the chocolate coarsely, whip the cream to a froth together with the vanilla sugar.
Spread the rice porridge on a plate, put in each of the fruit puree, a little of the cream and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
