  • 1/4 teaspoon + 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 teaspoons hot pepper flakes
  • 500 grams of chicken upper legs, without skin
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 large kale connection (maybe spinach)
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 sprigs of dill
  • pepper

Method of preparation :

Cut the garlic into thin slices.

Heat the whole amount of oil in a saucepan. Put the garlic and fry for 3-5 minutes until golden, remove from the heat and transfer to a bowl (leave 1 tablespoon of the fat in the pan). Add the hot pepper to the garlic and stir.

In a saucepan, sauté the onions until golden, about 5 minutes. Pour 8 cups of water and add rice, chicken and 1 teaspoon of salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce the temperature to simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, until the meat is ready.

Remove the chicken to a plate and chop it with a fork, and let the soup simmer on the stove.

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into strips. Rinse and pour into the soup, return the chicken to the pan. Cook for another 4-5 minutes.

Remove from the heat and squeeze a lemon, season with salt and stir.

Pour the soup into bowls and add the spicy garlic in each portion. Sprinkle with dill and serve, garnished with black pepper.
