In a deep frying pan or saucepan, heat olive oil and pour the cumin and finely chopped sweet pepper. Cook until the vegetables are soft, then add the rice, pre-washed. Fry it for two minutes, stirring constantly. Then pour the green onions, cut into circles, pour the broth, close with a lid and leave until the grains are fully cooked.
Then add the cream, stir and put the chili peppers cut into small circles together with the cream cheese and half of the yellow cheese (grated). Season with pepper and salt and transfer the mixture to a pan.
Sprinkle with the remaining yellow cheese, which you also grated, and place in a preheated 190 degrees. In 20 minutes the dish will be ready.
