How To Cook Rich Salad With Salmon, Bacon, Avocado And Vegetables - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of salmon fillet
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 large lettuce
  • 2 teaspoons cherry tomatoes - halved
  • 2 teaspoons croutons
  • 6 slices of bacon (pre-toasted and finely chopped)
  • 1 avocado, diced

For the dressing:

  • 1/3 tea cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic - pressed
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey

 

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper and bake for 18-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

During this time, make the dressing by mixing all the products in a bowl. Stir them to dissolve the ingredients well and get a gentle sauce.

Chop the lettuce and place it in a large salad bowl. Add the tomatoes, croutons, diced avocado and toasted bacon.

Drizzle the vegetables with some of the dressing, stir and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the salmon and add it to the salad, pour over the rest of the dressing and serve immediately.
