Required products :
250 grams of rice

2 zucchini (about 500 grams)
1 large clove of garlic

100 milliliters of dry white wine
1 liter of vegetable broth (you can dissolve a cube)
butter
salt, pepper and other spices of taste
yellow cheese and / or parsley for sprinkling
Preparation :
Heat the butter and fry the sliced garlic clove in it until golden, then remove from the fat. In the same bowl put the chopped onion, grated lemon peel, zucchini (cut into small cubes), spices and stew until they
reduce in volume. Then pour the wine and cook until the liquid evaporates.
When this happens, pour the rice into the bowl and stir. Gradually pour the hot broth (must be hot) and watch - the liquid should be completely absorbed by the nipples (until ready).
Serve the garnish, sprinkled with chopped fresh parsley and / or grated yellow cheese.
