Necessary products:

 

  • 2 kilograms of flour
  • 80 grams of live yeast
  • 900 milliliters of warm water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 10 grams of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar

 

Method of preparation:

 

Sift the flour and place it in a suitable kneading bowl. Add salt and baking soda quenched in vinegar. Activate the yeast in warm water and add the sugar. Stir and combine the two mixtures.

Prepare the dough, sprinkle flour on a kitchen counter and knead it. Divide into different sized pieces and let rest for 30 minutes. Form balls of dough, press them with your palms and make incisions in the middle.

 

Sprinkle with flour and arrange in a flat pan covered with a sheet of parchment. Wait for the bread to double in volume, preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for 40-45 minutes. When ready, cover with a damp cloth, break for health and serve.
