Required products :

1 chicken weighing about 2 kilograms
5 garlic cloves
1 onion
salt and ground black pepper to taste a
few grains of allspice
100 milliliters of water
1 three-liter jar

Method of preparation :

Wash the chicken, dry it and cut into portions (the size of the pieces is your choice).
At the bottom of a clean and dry three-liter jar put a few grains of allspice, then chicken, followed by onions, cut into semicircles. Sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper, add garlic (you can also cut it). Arrange all the products in the jar in this order and finally pour the water. Close the pan with a lid (no rubber parts) and place in the oven. It must be completely cold, otherwise the jar will break. When you turn it on (180 degrees), let the chicken cook for 50 minutes.
