500 grams of pork fillet

2 tomatoes

Method of preparation:
Cut the yellow cheese into pieces 3-4 cm thick, the tomatoes into circles and the garlic into slices.
Make incisions in the fillet (about a centimeter), but do not cut into pieces, it should be obtained as an accordion. Season with salt and pepper. Rub the slices with spices and then put a piece of yellow cheese, a circle of tomato and a plate of garlic in them.
Wrap the meat in foil, place in a pan and place in the oven for about an hour at 180 degrees.
During this time you can prepare a garnish of potato mushrooms. To do this, boil small potatoes until ready, without peeling them. Then form mushrooms from them, which you fry briefly in hot oil until a golden crust forms.
