Required products :

1 kg of pork

1 - 2 oranges

1 tablespoon honey

salt to taste

mixture of different types of pepper (black, white, red, green)

coriander

basil

Method of preparation :

It is better to use not very dry meat, as it will be baked directly in the oven without the use of foil or sleeve.

Make incisions in the piece of meat, but do not cut completely. The thickness of the pieces should be about 3-4 centimeters, season them with spices.

Wash the oranges well, because the peels will not peel (you can even scald with boiling water). Cut the citrus into semicircles.

Take a suitable dish and put the meat in it. Place the orange pieces in the cuts and you should get an accordion like the one you see in the next picture.

Coat its surface with a thin layer of honey and you can sprinkle with a little dry basil.

Bake the dish at 200 degrees until ready (baking time depends on the size of the pieces of meat).

Serve with a garnish of mashed potatoes.

The meat does not become sweet, but very fragrant and looks great.

Enjoy your meal!
