How To Cook Roast Pork Sausages With Onions, Garlic And Tomatoes - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Roasted pork sausages with onion, garlic and tomatoes". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 5 pork sausages
  • 2 heads of lettuce
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 350 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoons chopped basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and salt


Method of preparation :

Arrange the sausages in a pan.

Cut the garlic cloves into thin slices and the red onion into thick semicircles and pour over the sausages. Drizzle with oil, season and place in the oven (180 degrees) for 15-20 minutes.

Then remove the pan, put the cherry tomatoes in it, pour the balsamic vinegar and return the sausages to the oven for another 15 minutes.

When ready, sprinkle with chopped basil and serve while hot.
