Wash the sauerkraut, chop it finely, pour into a pan and stew in a small amount of oil. When the cabbage softens, add the rice, pour a glass of hot water and stew until the liquid evaporates. Then transfer the mixture to a deep pan.
Peeled fish (whole head) rinse, dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper inside and out, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Sprinkle the cabbage with rice and black pepper and put the carp on them. Pour the oil, 1/2 cup water and place the pan in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake the dish until ready.
