Finely chop the chili pepper and garlic. Grate the ginger, squeeze its juice.
In a bowl, mix the hot pepper, ginger liquid, garlic, olive oil and soy sauce. Season to taste and stir.
Divide the broccoli head into bouquets, put them in a pan and pour over the spicy sauce you have prepared. Stir with your hands so that each inflorescence can be covered with it.
Bake the broccoli and almonds separately in a preheated 200 degree oven. The nuts will be ready in 10 minutes and the broccoli in 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle the dish with almonds and serve.
