How To Cook Roasted Brussels Sprouts With Pomegranate And Bacon - Recipe

Required products :

  • 3 slices of bacon
  • 700 grams of Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  • Bake the bacon in a large pan for 12 minutes.
  • Allow it to cool and chop finely.
  • Arrange the Brussels sprouts in the same pan.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and bake for 20 minutes until soft and caramelized. Stir periodically.
  • In a small bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar with the honey. Stir and set aside.
  • Remove the roasted Brussels sprouts from the oven and sprinkle with the honey dressing. Stir.
  • Add the roasted bacon and pomegranate seeds and stir again.
  • Serve the salad warm and enjoy it.
