How To Cook Roasted Chicken Nuggets In Milk-cheese Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 3 onions
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 350 milliliters of sour cream / milk
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese
  • 3 tablespoons flour (for rolling)
  • salt and spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the chicken (it is best not to use frozen), dry it with paper and cut into small pieces of any shape.

Peel and wash the onion, cut it as well. Grind it together with the meat (preferably twice to reach the maximum consistency of minced meat).

Add the butter (cut into pieces), beat the egg, add salt and season to taste.

 

Form small balls (the size of a walnut) from the mixture, arrange them in a greased pan and bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

 

Pour the cream / milk into a deep bowl, add the grated yellow cheese. Forge.

When you take the bites out of the oven, pour the sauce over them and return to bake for another 15-20 minutes.
