Learn how to cook "Roasted chickpeas with cinnamon and honey". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
400 grams of chickpeas (canned)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon honey
pinch of salt
Method of preparation :
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Prepare a suitable form, the bottom of which is covered with aluminum foil.
Wash the chickpeas, drain the water and pour it into a bowl. Sprinkle the beans with cinnamon, pour olive oil and honey.
Stir and transfer to the baking dish. Flatten the layer and place in a preheated oven.
Let the chickpeas bake for 45-60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished beans with salt as soon as you take them out of the oven while they are still hot.
When the chickpeas have cooled completely, pour into a suitable bowl and serve.
