  • 1 medium eggplant
  • 2 tablespoons crushed or chopped walnuts
  • 1 clove garlic
  • chopped parsley and dill
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • spices on request

 

Method of preparation :

Peeled eggplant cut into cubes and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 190 degrees.

Remove to a plate, sprinkle with crushed nuts, chopped dill and parsley, garlic and season. Finally, add the cream and stir.
