Cut the white part of the leek into pieces 8-10 cm long, boil them for 15 minutes, remove from the water with a slotted spoon and wait until the liquid is completely drained from them.
Then wrap each piece in strips of bacon and arrange in a greased pan. Put for 10 minutes in the oven (at 180 degrees), remove, sprinkle with cheese and return for another 10-12 minutes to bake.
Make a sauce from the yolk, mustard, garlic, oil and spices to taste. Beat until the consistency begins to resemble a thick sour cream.
Serve the prepared leeks with the spicy sauce and the addition of mashed potatoes.
