Required products :
3 stalks of leek
250 milliliters of fresh milk
150 grams of yellow cheese
50 grams of crushed walnuts
pinch of salt
ground pepper on the tip of a knife
Method of preparation :
Boil the white part of the leek stalks for 10 minutes. Drizzle the cheese with the milk and heat until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
Arrange the leeks in a pan, pour the cheese and walnut mixture and bake in the oven until golden.
