How To Cook Roasted Legs In Tomato Sauce With Bacon, Olives And Celery - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 stalks of celery, thinly sliced
  • 100 grams of chopped bacon (or pancetta)
  • 2.5 tea cups tomato sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon dry red wine or chicken broth
  • 12 chicken legs (bottom)
  • 1 lemon, cut into pieces
  • 3/4 tea cup olives (green or black) pitted
  • chopped parsley
  • pepper
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Heat olive oil over medium heat and add celery and bacon. Cook until the celery is soft, stirring often (about 3 minutes is enough).

Then pour the tomato sauce and wine or broth, let the liquid boil.

Arrange the legs (in a row) in a suitable container and pour the hot sauce in which you put the pieces of lemon and olives.

Bake until done (30-40 minutes).

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and good appetite!
