Learn how to cook "Roasted mackerel with parmesan, garlic and green spices". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1 mackerel
50 grams of parmesan
2-3 cloves garlic
4-5 sprigs of parsley
3-4 sprigs of basil
1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive
salt, pepper and other spices of your choice and taste

Method of preparation :

If you use frozen mackerel, defrost it, cut off the head and tail, then cut in half and clean.
Remove the bones and season the fillet with salt and ground black pepper.
Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon and pour 1 teaspoon of it over the fish. Let it stand for 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the sauce by beating the grated Parmesan cheese in a blender together with the garlic cloves, parsley and basil leaves, a pinch of black pepper and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Dry the fillet, spread it with a little olive oil and put it in a grill pan.

Bake on both sides of the eye for 4-5 minutes each.

Then transfer to a pan and cover with the sauce, making sure it does not fall on the bottom of the dish, because it will burn.

Put the fish in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. The sauce will melt and an appetizing crust will form on the surface of the mackerel.

Serve the dish with the remaining lemon juice and a slice of sour citrus.

Have a good time!
