Required products :
500 grams of medium mushrooms
2 tablespoons capers
3 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth and cut each in half if desired. Wash the capers under running water, mash the garlic, cut the butter into cubes.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Arrange the mushrooms in a suitable dish, pour a little oil, add the capers and garlic, stir, season with salt and pepper to taste and put pieces of butter on top. Place in a preheated oven and bake the mushrooms until golden and soft, stirring occasionally. Pour lemon juice over the finished dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
