How To Cook Roasted Olives With Rosemary, Lemon And Garlic - Recipe

If you like to eat olives with every meal, then you do not need much persuasion to prepare these olives with garlic and spices. They become very tasty and fragrant, and the herbs perfectly complement their taste.

Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 sprigs of thyme
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 1/2 cup cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper
  • 250 grams of colorful olives
  • 1/2 lemon, cut into thin slices
  • 1 large clove of garlic, unpeeled, crushed with a knife

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

In a ceramic or glass pan (large enough to hold the olives in one layer) put the olive oil, thyme, cumin, rosemary and pepper. Add the olives and lemon slices, stir to grease.

Bake for about 20 minutes, and in the last 5 minutes put the garlic clove.

Serve the olives warm or at room temperature.
