Required products :
3 large onions
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
salt, sugar and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Turn on the oven to heat. Meanwhile, cut the onion heads into 4 pieces and place them in a deep bowl. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and sprinkle with salt, sugar and ground black pepper to taste. Stir thoroughly.
Transfer to a suitable pan, cover with foil and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Then remove the foil and let the onion bake for as long as it takes to turn golden.
Submit it warm.
