Cut off the bottom and lid of both onions. Put the rest in boiling water for 15 minutes, then remove and cool.
Carefully carve the inside and start making the filling.
Finely chop the garlic cloves, the inside of the onion and the mushrooms. Fry the products together in hot olive oil with a sprig of rosemary (for about 7-10 minutes).
Then add the grated Parmesan cheese to the mixture and pour the cream. Heat for a minute and let the filling stand for 5 minutes.
It turns thick. Distribute it in the onion cups, which you "dress" in the bacon strips (you can fasten them with the help of rosemary sprigs).
Sprinkle with parmesan and place the appetizer in an oven preheated to 200-220 degrees for 10 minutes.
The result is elegant and festive.
