How To Cook Roasted Peaches With Biscuit Stuffing And Amaretto - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 large peaches
  • 1 cup graham crackers , crushed / or biscuits of your choice /
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • Amaretto liqueur for sprinkling

For garnish :

  • whipped cream
  • vanilla ice cream

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease the bottom of a pan of suitable size.
  • Wash the peaches, dry them with kitchen paper and cut in half.
  • Remove the stones and carefully carve about 0.5 millimeters from the inside with a spoon.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, almonds and sugar. Stir.
  • Add the butter and rub the mixture with your fingers until oil crumbs form.
  • Arrange the peach halves in the prepared pan and distribute the biscuit filling.
  • Sprinkle with Amaretto liqueur and bake for 20 minutes until soft.
  • Serve the stuffed peaches warm, garnished with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
