Method of preparation:
Coat the peppers with olive oil and bake for 30-45 minutes at a moderate temperature. Once their skins turn black, put them in a plastic bag and leave for a while to steam. Then peel and cut into thin long pieces.
Peel the olives, chop finely.
Dry the capers.
Mix the already prepared products in a bowl, put parsley, and season with olive oil, ground pepper, and salt.
Stir and serve the salad.
