Required products :

  • 1 kg of pumpkin
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 large lemon

Method of preparation :

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into 2 x 2 cm cubes. Put them in a suitable pan and sprinkle with sugar.

Peel a lemon, cut it into small cubes and add it to the pumpkin. Stir.

You can also use / orange, tangerines, but their flavors are lost in the preparation of dessert.

Close the pan with a lid and place in the oven at 175 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. Stir periodically. Try, if necessary, add more sugar, remove the lid and return for 10 minutes to roast the pumpkin.
