How To Cook Roasted Quail Eggs With Spinach, Cheese And Mushrooms - Recipe

Required products :

  • spinach link
  • 1 onion
  • 8 quail eggs
  • 350 grams of mushrooms
  • 200 grams of cheese / yellow cheese
  • spices
  • oil

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the spinach in cold water, drain the liquid and dry the leaves.

 

Wash the mushrooms, dry them and cut them into thin slices.

 

Peel an onion and cut it into small cubes.

 

Also turn the cheese into small cubes. You can use yellow cheese or whatever you prefer.

 

Cut the spinach leaves if they are large. In case they are small, you can leave them intact.

 

Fry the mushrooms in oil.

 

When the liquid evaporates and begin to fry, add the onions, stir and let the mixture cook for 5 minutes.

 

Then put the spinach in the pan.

 

Next is the cheese / yellow cheese.
