Necessary products

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 200 grams)
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

 

Method of preparation

To prepare the marinade, take a bowl and pour olive oil and all the spices into it. Stir well.

Arrange the fillets in a small pan and cover with the marinade. Refrigerate for about 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Preheat the oven to about 190 degrees. Wrap the fillets in aluminum foil together with a little marinade. Bake for about 40 minutes until the salmon is completely cooked. Serve with your favorite vegetable garnish. Enjoy your meal!
