Required products :
1-2 potatoes
1/2 head broccoli
1-2 carrot
parsley to taste (you can use other green spices of your choice)
salt to taste (also other spices optional)
For the sauce:
50 grams of butter
2 tablespoons flour
500 milliliters of milk
Method of preparation :
Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences, grate the carrots, peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. You can boil the potatoes for about 10 minutes.
Deal with the sauce.
Fry the flour in the butter for 3 minutes, then pour in the milk and let the mixture boil for another 3 minutes.
Cool, add salt and beat with a blender.
Grease the bottom of a suitable dish with oil and put the vegetables. Drizzle with the sauce and bake the dish in the oven for 20 minutes.
